Fatime Lahlou

Fatime Lahlou practices business law within the firm’s Corporate, M&A and Private Equity team. In this capacity, she assists clients with their strategic transactions and advises them on their day-to-day legal matters, particularly in corporate law, contract law and employee share ownership schemes.

She also acts in business litigation, especially in the management of commercial disputes, including cross-border matters, in collaboration with the firm’s litigation team.

Before joining Revigny in 2025 as an Attorney-at-Law, Fatime worked as an M&A legal counsel within the firm.

She holds a Master 2 in Business Law and a University Diploma in Restructuring and Insolvency Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
