Fatime Lahlou

Fatime Lahlou is a trainee lawyer, having passed the French Bar admission exam (CRFPA) in 2023. She is currently completing her professional training at the Paris Bar School (ÉFB – École de Formation du Barreau).
She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and a University Diploma in Corporate Restructuring from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. These academic programs have provided her with a solid foundation in business and corporate law.
As a jurist, she assists the firm’s attorney-at-law with matters involving mergers and acquisitions, investment structuring, and general corporate law. Upon admission to the Bar, she will join the firm as an associate.
