Aurélia Touati has developed a recognized expertise of more than twenty years in the fields of corporate law, merger and acquisitions, private equity and contracts.

Aurélia Touati advises entrepreneurs, corporate executives, companies, french and international groups. She is involved in their strategy and the development of their activities notably by advising their corporate operations (fund-raising, restructuring, merger and acquisitions and management packages), as well as their shareholders relations. She also advises her clients for the negotiation of commercial contracts or joint-ventures.

Aurélia has developed specific skills in the communication, production, new techs/digital and retail sectors.

Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2000, Aurélia has a Postgraduate Degree in Private law, Université Paris II- Assas.

Aurélia started her legal career at Lartigue Tournois & Associés where she has been partner in charge of the corporate departement for 15 years, before joining Revigny in 2019.
