  • In 2010: Supporting a CAC 40 company (in the energy sector) in its installation in Saudi Arabia.

  • In 2011: Supporting a Middle Eastern retail group in the acquisition of several department stores located in: Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, and UAE, for 260M Euros.

  • In 2012: Acquisition of a 25% stake in a company in financial difficulty in the food industry with a turnover of one billion Euros.

  • In 2013: Supporting a CAC40 Group in the sale of 49% of its Saudi subsidiary.

  • In 2014: Supporting an Emirati group in a construction consortium with an Italian group with a turnover of USD 1.5B.

  • In 2016: Acquisition of a wine estate by an American spirits group: 14M Euros.

  • In 2017: Assistance in the acquisition of 100% of the capital of a tech startup by an American group for 20M Euros.

  • In 2018: Acquisition of 100% of a construction company with 250M Euros of turnover.

  • In 2018: Assistance in the acquisition of 100% of the capital of a tech startup by an American group for 15M Euros.

  • In 2019: Sale of a real estate company for 38M Euros.

  • In 2019: Refinancing of a hotel group for 534M Euros.

  • In 2020: Accompaniment of a Swiss investment fund in the acquisition of 100% of the capital of a real estate company for 20M Euros.

  • In 2020: Accompaniment of a real estate development company in the sale of a living center located in the Paris region for 13.5M Euros.

  • In 2021: Assistance to a major British group in the acquisition of 100% of the capital of a French food delivery company and then in the restructuring of its activity in France through the sale of one of its businesses.

  • In 2021: Pro bono assistance of major French public institution.

  • In 2021: Assistance to an American group in the acquisition of a state-of-the-art computer technology valued at several million Euros.

  • In 2022: Assistance to a Belgian company in the acquisition of 100% of the capital of a French company specialising in data collection and modelling for the energy markets, for 10M Euros.

  • In 2022: Support in the sale of a majority stake in a company specialising in oil and gas trading for a total price of 5M US Dollars.

  • In 2023: Global acquisition of French and Monegasque companies having underlying assets in France and abroad for a total price exceeding 35M Euros.

  • In 2023: Assistance to a Bank for the acquisition of a receivable held by another bank on a French company, for 26M Euros.
